Ulzzangs are most famous for their slim, S shape body. It is mainly part of their genetics, diet and workout routine. A lot of ulzzangs are underweight and are unhealthy, some even admit to starving themselves. So I have some tips to get an ulzzang body the healthy way.
- First is to seek a professional if your goal weight is healthy for your body type. This is important because being extremely underweight is unhealthy and can cause damage to your body (unless you are naturally underweight). - Drink water! This is a crucial step as water flushes out toxins for your body and speeds up your metabolism. Drinking up to 1.2 - 2 litres a day will not only help you lose weight, but clear up your skin. If you're a tea person you can drink green tea as it has amazing benifits and speed up your metabolism.
- Eating healthy is another important step. Eating a lot of vegetables and fruits will help you lose weight and not only that, it will make you feel amazing. Please do not starve yourself. It is extremely unhealthy and you will just gain everything back. Starving yourself will also lead you into binging on unhealthy foods.
- Exercising is important too! It can tone your body and also speed up you weight loss. But don't just rely on exercising, weight loss is 20% workout and 70% diet. I recommend Taylor R's workouts, they are simple yet effective.
- If you are not that keen on exercising, you can just slowly incorporate little exercises into your daily routine. For example, walking/bike riding to the shops or school/work. These are simple, but still effective, even that 5 minute walk to the shops can do a lot for your body.
